The Atlander Snow66 winter tire belongs to the so-called "friction" tires, designed for use, predominantly, on snowy roads. In such conditions, it stands out for its traction stability, ease of handling, braking efficiency, and quiet and smooth ride.
The directional tread pattern is designed with a large number of blocks. In the central part, the elements, due to their triangular shape, partially overlap each other, forming a continuous longitudinal rib. This reduces fuel consumption and wear, ensuring stable traction at high speeds. The square blocks located on the edges of the tread improve handling accuracy and stability when cornering. Another important feature is the use of 3D lamellas. Densely located notches with saw-tooth edges provide high traction and braking intensity on snowy and icy surfaces.
Key Features of Atlander Snow66
- composite longitudinal rib in the middle reduces rolling resistance and wear, ensuring stable traction at high speeds;
- a large number of 3D lamellas provides reliable handling on the most slippery surfaces;
- optimized tread profile, massive square blocks on the edges increase stability and handling comfort when cornering
