At the same time, both gasoline engines had a sump and oil intake system that allowed avoiding oil starvation during extreme accelerations. In 2010, both power units were replaced with even more powerful 5-liter engines from Jaguar. By this time, the car was also equipped with a diesel engine V8 with a volume of 3.6 liters, which is a modified version of TDV6, but with a cylinder block with a tilt angle of 90 degrees and two turbochargers. All gasoline power units worked in pair with a 6-speed "automatic", and diesel ones with an 8-speed transmission from ZF. Both gearboxes have a CommandShift function that adapts the transmission operation to driving conditions.

Model L394

In 2013, the brand introduced a car of the second generation. Its exterior design was brought in line with the design of the previously presented Evoque. At the same time, the SUV became significantly longer, both in terms of wheelbase and overall dimensions. The fundamental difference was the refusal of the integrated frame in favor of a classical design with a carrying body, which was entirely made of aluminum. This made it possible to reduce the weight by 181 kg at once. This decision was supplemented by the Dynamic Response suspension with active stabilizers of transverse stability. In 2018, the model underwent a restyling. As part of the modernization, the car received new headlights and interior, as well as engines - V8 with a power of 518 and 575 horsepower for standard versions and 355 and 395 horsepower for "hybrids".

The car of the third generation debuted in 2022. It was created on the same platform as the classic Range Rover, differing in a "cut" roof and a minimalist design of the exterior and interior. At the same time, the overall platform entailed a significant increase in weight - by 180 kg compared to its predecessor. The engine range has been expanded, retaining only one classic gasoline engine. The other 11 variants of power units are various variations of "hybrid" installations, working in pair with both gasoline and diesel engines with a volume of 3 to 4.4 liters, developed by BMW.
