Exeed is a young Chinese brand owned by Chery Automobile. The core of its business is the production of premium SUVs and crossovers. The brand's history began not so long ago, in 2017, at the Frankfurt Auto Show, where the creation of the brand was announced. The first model, TX, was also presented, which was sold in the PRC as Chery TX, and in other countries under the name Exeed. Notably, the first market where an active advertising campaign was conducted was the UAE sector. However, due to problems with obtaining the relevant certificates, the company was forced to redirect its attention to Russia. It was here that the imported version of the TX was first presented.

It should be noted that the company had plans to enter the markets of Canada and the USA. For this purpose, a separate sub-brand Vantas was even created. However, the plans were not able to be implemented due to the bankruptcy of the American partner HAAH Automotive Holdings.

Since 2021, the company has been officially represented in the Russian sector, where its products are in high demand.
