Exeed LX – crossover from a Chinese manufacturer that started coming off the assembly line in 2019. The company refers to the model as premium, which is evidenced by its extensive equipment with modern technological solutions in combination with high-quality finishing materials. Power Units

Later, another version of the crossover was presented with a 1.6-liter engine, also supplemented with a turbine. It was capable of producing 197 hp at 275 Nm. In this case, the engine had an aluminum cylinder block with cast-iron inserts. In addition, the iHEC technology, which provides more efficient combustion of the fuel mixture, was implemented in it. A 7DCT robotic transmission with two clutches works in pair with it. The main difference of this version is the connectable all-wheel drive, which is implemented through an electromagnetic clutch from ZF. By default, the car has rear-wheel drive, but when starting, wheel slip or skidding occurs, the front axle is connected in automatic mode. Up to 50% of the torque is transmitted to it. The manufacturer has also provided several basic modes, including eco, snow, 4x4, comfort, off-road, and sport.

Technical Equipment

The Exeed LX suspension is distinguished by its energy intensity. In the front, it is implemented with "MacPherson" struts, and in the back, it is a multi-link structure. Thanks to the setup, it is able to provide precise handling at speed and smooth out significant road irregularities, ensuring comfort in the cabin.

Among the equipment, we can note the digital instrument panel, which is combined with the multimedia screen. In addition to virtual control keys, physical ones are also provided, for example, for activating climate control and selecting a driving mode. The crossover is equipped with fully LED optics, keyless access, a road sign recognition system, a panoramic roof, heated seats, including the rear row, as well as a windshield and washer nozzles. In addition, it has a whole package of assistants that increase the level of driving safety. In general, the car justifies its name, which is similar to cars from a Japanese manufacturer.
