The tire was enough for three seasons, the tread wore out quickly,

I urgently needed summer tires, but I didn't have enough money to buy four tires at the time of the order, so I tried to negotiate a payment plan, and after some back-and-forth, I was able to get a payment plan, thank you!!! (If only I had known what I was getting myself into back then). Now, I'm extremely disappointed and feeling hopeless, let me explain everything in order: the tires were delivered, they were paid for, and we successfully received them. I immediately started looking for the payment schedule, payment details, and QR codes in my profile so I could make timely payments, but I couldn't find anything. At the same time, I was writing to the support team, asking them to explain where I could find all this information, but the bots were just sending me templates, and I was trying my best to find the information. Before the tires were delivered, I made the first payment to the Valdberiz wallet, and I was waiting for the money to be deducted, but it never happened. On the day the payment was due, I received a message from some company called Mosso, saying that I needed to make a payment, but I had no idea what payment or who they were, but I had a suspicion that it was related to the tires. I went to the pickup point and asked if I owed them money for the payment plan, and the employee said that under no circumstances should I pay anyone else, and that the payment plan from Valdberiz would send a notification directly to my profile. I also wrote to the support team, but again, they just sent me some templates and didn't provide any concrete information. Today, I received a call from a company that introduced themselves as Microloans, saying that I needed to make a payment urgently, or else the interest would increase by 2000₽ for 5 days. I tried to ask them who they were and where the contract was, but they didn't say anything specific, just that I needed to pay. I don't understand where I'm supposed to pay, or if I'll get a receipt. There's no phone number on the Valdberiz website, and I couldn't get through to anyone. Dear tire seller, can you please explain to me how the payment plan works? I'm not refusing to pay, I just don't understand where and how to pay?!

On asphalt it goes well. On dirt roads it's too soft
