The main issue is that it's stated to be summer (even on the official site), but the tires themselves are marked as ALL-SEASON. This is a serious violation. Also, the product card indicates that they are not noisy, but by default, a cheap tire with a 40 profile cannot be quiet, since the sidewall is small and stiff.
