I'm buying my second pair, I bought the first pair in winter and put them on the front, excellent tires that handle the road perfectly, in the spring I drove out of any snowdrifts, and in winter too, it holds very well on turns,

I haven't installed them yet. They were delivered within the agreed time frame to my house. Everything is fine and as expected. What, where, and when - all as promised. It would be great if all companies worked like this. First, they warned me, named the date, and said that an employee would contact me on that day to notify me of the arrival time. The employee called, named the time interval, and then called again when he arrived at the location. The only inconvenience is having to take a whole day off. But that's the client's whim, and it's hard to accommodate everyone. One client may take 30 minutes, while another takes only 3 minutes. There are roads, traffic jams, and other factors to consider. That's why they warn that the delivery will be sometime during the day. My wife was giving me a hard time that day because we were supposed to go to our country house. "When will they arrive? When will they arrive?" I replied, "I warned you it would be sometime during the day, so don't plan anything for that day." But that's just personal life and an example of people's and clients' impatience.
