Tyre reviews RoadX RXQuest SU01. Page 1 40

The moment has come when it's time to change the tires, after a long selection and considering the prices for this size, I stopped at this tire. I bought a set, drove 300 km so far. First impressions:
The tire is not rigid, soft, all unevenness and joints pass perfectly, holds the road well, up to 150 km/h it does not make noise, after that a small noise appears, but I think after running-in everything will be fine. During balancing, it showed itself to be quite good, all wheels were balanced within the range of 10 to 25 grams. I'm satisfied with the tire, we'll see how long it lasts in the future

Awesome tires! Surprisingly, in terms of handling, they surpass most renowned brands, without even considering the cost! There's practically no noise, at a speed of 200 km/h, the road is held like granite. In a rut, the car doesn't toss from side to side, in water, the car is predictable, and the moment of aquaplaning occurs much later than many of its European counterparts. The stiffness is moderate, driving on bad roads is quite comfortable.
In general - I definitely recommend!

I was looking for a budget option 285-50-20, and the prices of well-known brands in this size are over the top. There are almost no reviews, I bought them "based on general considerations" - high-speed, reinforced sidewall, a daughter of Sailun - not a no-name brand. They sat on the disk normally - my previous Jin-yu was very hard to put on the rim, and then when removing, the installer damaged the rubber in some places. As for the ride - there was no extreme, during civilian driving everything is okay, good directional stability, important for long distances. At first, they seemed VERY noisy. Either the asphalt was poor or they got worn in - after a couple of days, they no longer seemed noisy. There is a clearly audible rustling sound from 70 to 100 km/h, then it disappears into the background of other sounds

The tires are simply super! For the first time I bought a Chinese manufacturer, exceeded all expectations, without any exaggeration! I doubted for a long time whether it was worth taking, but after a certain period of use, I have only a positive opinion! Both the price and the quality are just thrilling! I recommend to everyone who still doubts.

Good tires, definitely worth the money. Holds the road perfectly, brakes well. It just seems slightly noisy, but that's not accurate.

Last year, I had to replace my summer Yokohama Parada Spec H with something fresher, the prices for 285/45/22 were extremely high, so I had to opt for this Chinese tire. I drove through the season thinking I was lucky, since the tire was not inferior to Yokohama in any way. But 2024 has arrived, and with it, a new summer season. And then I was shocked. The car is simply unmanageable, it bounces on bumps, and I have to constantly "fight" with the steering wheel. I won't even mention the rutting, it's due to the width of the disks. In short, my conclusion is that the tire is good - as long as it's new. By the second season, it becomes plastic-like, you can't cheat fate.

Up to 140, it behaves quite well. In a deep asphalt rut, the weakness of the sidewalls is felt and the car is tossed, you have to hold the steering wheel with both hands. After 3 years, the tire started to "play Minecraft" with cubes separating along the edge on the rear axle, a little but still. In a heavy downpour after 120, the Michelin Pilot's geometry and proportions begin to dominate. When buying this tire for 5500, the Michelin cost 14000. Now, with a price of 8800, the Michelin is under 28000. I'm inclined to change the tires to Hankook Ventus.
