Excellent tires for the money. Despite the interesting markings on one wheel (yellow and red label on the tire), they were balanced very well. Not noisy. Compared to Magnum, these are noticeably quieter. They handle well. (Although this is still subjective, as they are new tires). I bought them for my Niva 31. So far, everything is fine. Time will tell how long they will last.
