Excellent tires for the price! Rode out the winter of 2015-2016 in the Moscow region (very snowy, if anyone forgot…). Never had to dig them out by hand, tires "pulled" them out, especially well on loose snow. Soft tires, the car is as a carriage :) and (which surprised me) on dry asphalt – quiet (again, for those who don't know, the Kia Rio has very poor arch noise). On bare ice

The employee asked for help in buying tires and rims.
We agreed on the brand and model, monitored the market - the price here turned out to be the lowest.
We ordered, the wheels were delivered within a week.
We picked it up ourselves, and at the delivery point we assembled it with a discount at the same time.
The employee rides, everyone is satisfied.- Vehicle:

Took a long time to choose tires, decided on Kumho, price-quality ratio is optimal, a bit noisy on the asphalt when braking, a bit whistle, but very soft. Special thanks to Mosavtochine for promptness and patience.

I'm writing a review based on my experience with Kumho Izen 31 tires. Based on what's been written above, I can confirm that they are pretty quiet, but they hum when accelerating and braking, especially when the tire is under load. There's no growl, just a hum that sometimes can change to a whistle. Depending on the tread pattern you choose, it may be a suitable option. However, its winter performance is not worth mentioning. It's a mediocre tire in winter

What a great disappointment!
I bought this used tire in a fairly good condition and no more than 3 years from the production date. Since I planned to drive from Sochi to the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana, I didn't pay attention to the studs. The road is cleaned regularly, and there's no significant snow for most of the season. In short, it's 0 to +5 degrees Celsius. And what did I get? It brakes AWFULLY on a wet highway. Acceleration is also poor. It's quite noisy compared to Nokian WRG2. On packed snow, it crawls along moderately, and on fresh snow, if you drive carefully, there are no surprises. On ice, there's absolutely no grip. I was lucky to stay on the road once when I hit an icy stretch of road in Kuban, thanks to warnings from oncoming cars.
I didn't drive aggressively on it, but driving at speeds over 110 km/h was completely unappealing)))
On gravel, it collects small rocks, and the clattering noise lasts for a long time even after returning to asphalt. I had 3 punctures over the last season, so I'll be replacing them. I need something more reliable.
In general, I've driven through 3 short southern winters, and each time I was thrilled to switch to summer tires, as I was happy with the adequate reaction of the tires to the road surface.

Excellent choice, considering the price-quality ratio.
Its functions, the tires perform at 100%.
But be prepared that at speeds above 100 km/h it will be noisy.- Vehicle:

No problems on the snowy roads. I drive every day on city roads, highways and dirt roads. They handle well in the snow. On ice - so-so, on par with other tires. No visual wear marks yet.

Never regretted buying the Kumho for winter. Holds the road, not afraid of snow or ice (if matched with a suitable speed). There is, however, one "but": the tire is prone to punctures, collects nails and screws off the road.

Winter has finally arrived in Minsk and I can share an impression! It’s holding up on the road. There’s not much noise. Predictable behavior (dry, rain, snow, ice, wet snow). Installed on the Citroen C5 and T5 microbus. We’re driving at 130 km/h, true, on the regular Minsk-Moscow road (until your border) - NOT BAD!!!!!

A pretty good tire for the price. Started the season on an old Michelin, but it was bald and I realized I needed to change it as soon as the first snow hit. I got the Kumho KW31. Initially, I was disappointed. On the ice at a temperature just below 0°C, it was very bad. But after 400-500 km it settled in and everything was fine. And now, at -25°C and not very well-maintained roads, I
