Pre-history: I ordered tires on mosavtoshina, summer wheels, 4 pieces, because all cars have four or more wheels, I understand correctly, right? So, I received a notification from the manager that everything is ready and I can come to pick it up. I arrive at the warehouse, complete the purchase, pay at the cash desk, and go to the warehouse, happy, but there's a surprise... the guys at the pickup say they only have two wheels, and they had informed the manager that they only had two. Of course, I was disappointed, because I urgently needed to change the tires today, as I had to drive long distance the next day, and there was a big risk with the old tires. The manager offered to wait another five days for the delivery of the other pair of wheels, but it didn't fit into my plans. Naturally, I requested a refund. What I wanted to get at: be more careful with your orders and call and double-check if there are really 4 wheels available, even if the notifications say that the order is ready for pickup.
