Good tires, MUD and AT was a pair - something to compare with. By feeling very similar to Cooper SST (would have taken them if they were cheaper), if compared to previous Scorpion MTR - these ones I like definitely more.

Excellent tires for both highway and off-road driving. Very comfortable on the highway in terms of noise and handling, excellent brake performance on both highway and off-road, very robust sidewall, tight tire fitment on the rim allows for a pressure drop to 0.5 atm, well-balanced from 20 to 60 grams. Can't say anything about durability as I'm only in the first season of use. Satisfied with the price-to-quality ratio.

Top contender to BFGoodrich's off-road offerings. Way better off-road than AT, slightly less capable than MT. On pavement, almost comparable to AT. Unmatched durability. Not for snow.

I bought these tires in size 285/75R16 for my UAZ Patriot in February. I replaced them immediately with the winter studded tires and was pleasantly surprised. You can drive on them in the winter quite comfortably. I even considered using them year-round. The imbalance is quite large at 100-200 grams per wheel, but this is normal for MT tires. Excellent balance of characteristics between dirt and asphalt. Treaded, cleans well in mud and clay. The sidewall is rigid, withstands both rocks and branches.

Of the drawbacks, it is heavy, 225/75-16 LT weighs 22 kg, as, in principle, its competitor from BF Goodrich - this is the price for a multi-layered, indestructible cord.

Previously, I drove on MT from Cordiant and Nortek - they are lighter, but there are no asphalt characteristics on them (at speeds after 70 km/h, howling, wheel wobble, and sidewall folding in turns).

On the Grabber X3, however, you can calmly and relaxedly drive long distances at speeds of up to 100-110 km/h without annoying noises. It was also a pleasant shock that this tire balances excellently, with a minimum of 20 grams of load, and a maximum of 60 grams! (the manufacturer is the USA, with tires made in South Africa, it's worse).

In general, I definitely recommend the tire, the Continental subsidiary maintains the brand (at least, its factory in North America).

I have an LT tire which is very heavy but strong. I've been driving for 5 seasons, mostly on asphalt, but also on dirt and gravel.
