Bought tires 15 days ago, today 27.12.2023 I looked and the studs are in a deplorable state, about 10 have come out, some have even bent, and this is over approximately 1000 km of mileage, the maximum speed on the tires was 120 km/h, and my driving style is that of a pensioner!!! I'm completely disappointed

Hello everyone!
I bought on December 14, 2023, 4 tires with a size of 235/55 R19 with studs. I started balancing them at the tire fitting shop. The result:
1 wheel - 220g.
2 wheel - 120g.
3 wheel - 180g.
4 wheel - 160g.
The balancing is terrible. There is a tire wobble on 2 wheels. I don't know how it will perform on snow yet. The tires are reinforced.
I do not recommend buying them. These tires are for trucks, not for passenger cars. Balancing is not needed there.- Vehicle:
