Good afternoon, the item could only be purchased with delivery. In fact, the item arrived at the pickup point across the street from me, and I was told to wait for the delivery person. I picked up the item myself, and they promised to automatically refund the delivery fee, but the money for delivery has not been returned.

The product is acceptable, but when ordering wheels, delivery could only be arranged; in fact, they arrived at the pickup point, and I had to wait—the wheels were picked up personally, and no one refunds the delivery cost.
