I bought these tires only because with the onset of winter, my standing set of Yokohama G015 turned out to be absolutely helpless on both loose snow and frozen asphalt. What was surprising, given that these tires are positioned as A/T with a "snowflake" mark (i.e., essentially all-season). Since the winter is mild (Southern Federal District), I decided to take the most budget-friendly option, and the lack of reviews did not deter me.

From the negative side, so far, the only thing is the quality of the rubber mixture casting: two tires were balanced with numbers 10/30 and 10/40 for imbalance, while the other two were noticeably worse, with numbers 20/50 and 40/90 (!!!). I hoped for a guarantee, which is one year.

Now, to the good. The tires performed excellently in the mountains of Karachay-Cherkessia. Loose snow, ice, wet asphalt, and mud mixed with ice did not affect the reliability and predictability of movement. The car's behavior changed for the better and was beyond all praise! That's what you get with cheap Chinese tires... Honestly, I didn't expect it. The behavior on asphalt was also pleasing, after the previous G015, on which the RAV4 reminded me of a mix between GAZ-24 and ZIL-130. Now, however, the handling and overall feeling have become what you'd expect from a passenger crossover, with feedback on the steering wheel, no more skidding after 80 km/h, and the car has become much more collected on gentle curves and serpentines. Plus, the comfort of movement has increased! The "Centara" has very well smoothed out the inherent stiffness of the RAV4's suspension, small defects in the road surface and short transverse waves have stopped being felt in the passengers' kidneys, and some suspension sounds like knocks have disappeared. Noise strips in front of pedestrian crossings are almost inaudible, although previously they manifested themselves with unpleasant vibration of the body and a loud "trr" sound.

Yes, the mileage is still small, and the question of resource remains open, as well as the question of the overall quality of tires from this company. But the first impression is simply great. I recommend.

I used to buy the cheapest wheels, just to be able to drive. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tires, they don't become brittle in the frost, and I didn't skid once all winter, even where others were skidding, but I also have permanent four-wheel drive. Of course, the grip on the road is not like on asphalt, but it's still okay, I didn't drive too fast, I entered turns calmly. I've never driven on winter tires before, our winters are warm, and now I had to move further north, so I have nothing to compare with. As for durability and wear resistance, I can't say anything, since I've only been driving for 3 months.

The tire balances poorly, there's a hum like driving on studded tires. After 120 km/h, there's a vibration. After switching from summer tires, it felt like the car became more rigid. Didn't drive on snow, doesn't float on wet asphalt.
