Super thin sidewall, just like paper. While they were installing them, I got bored and felt around a dozen and a half used tires in the mounting area and didn't find a single one with a sidewall as thin as this.

The tires are good, the studs are still in place for now. The only downside is the soft sidewall, you need to stay away from curbs. They balance well. The car is a Scenic RX4. The price is adequate. I only hear the studding noise with the window open.

Normal tires, take them without fear. I drove half a winter in different conditions, for calm driving it's more than good, quiet, studs in place, it grips on snow, holds on slush. Naturally, after 13-year-old hard Yakohama, any new tire seems excellent. Balancing 2 wheels by 10 grams, 2 wheels by 90 grams - radius 16.
