Description Волтаир Трэкол
Voltaic Tracol is a specialized tire for all-terrain vehicles operating on unstable, loose, and deformable surfaces. Such equipment has special requirements for the support surface: it's not enough to just "hold the weight" — it's necessary to effectively transmit the traction effort in conditions where the ground slips out from under the wheel. The tire is designed specifically for this scenario.
Active Grip System
The tread is built according to the scheme of several rows of massive grouser bars, some of which have a diagonal arrangement and a large distance from each other. These are not just "blocks," but engineered elements with elongated transverse geometry and increased profile height. The working surface of each grouser bar is optimized for penetration into the loose structure of sandy, sandy-loam, and dumping soils. When in contact with the support surface, the block does not slip, but cuts in, forming a zone of local compaction and creating a point of support for traction. The peripheral edges of the grouser bars are made with pronounced sharpening. This solution works to prevent lateral drift: when turning or working on a slope, the sharp edge is embedded in the soil perpendicular to the vector of shear, blocking the skidding of the tire from the trajectory.
Increased Block Pitch
The inter-block distance is deliberately increased to ensure active self-cleaning. The soil does not get clogged in the tread, does not "get stuck" and does not lose its friction properties. The tire retains its gripping ability even on super-wet surfaces. To this, it's worth adding the increased contact area.
Strength Reserve Under the Rubber Layer
The tire has a reinforced layer of rubber compound in the tread area. This is not just a "reserve," but a structural buffer that absorbs contact overloads when driving over sharp inclusions. The nylon cord provides the necessary balance between elasticity and load-carrying capacity. The carcass effectively dampens the impact loads transmitted from the tread, preventing local breaks of the threads and delamination of the structure. The tire retains its geometric stability when working with a full bucket load.
Key Features of Voltaic Tracol:
- applicability on all-terrain equipment;
- a system of massive grouser bars represented by elongated transverse edges for penetration into loose and unstable soils;
- a sharpened profile of the side edges for active resistance to lateral drift on slopes and during maneuvering;
- an increased block pitch eliminates clogging and jamming with soil;
- protection against punctures, cuts, and impact deformations due to the special construction of the carcass.
