Universal Tread Pattern
When developing the tread pattern, a computer modeling method was used, which made it possible to achieve the best arrangement of blocks throughout the tire area. In the central part of the tread, there are three rows of blocks of a new shape, which significantly increased the contact area and improved stability while driving. The blocks in the side zone provide reliable protection against damage and improve stability during turns. The side zone also contains a large number of depressions and protrusions, which create additional traction during maneuvers. A large number of deep channels and grooves improve traction on wet surfaces. At the same time, small grooves also absorb noise during movement, making the ride more comfortable. Due to the increased depth of the tread pattern, it was possible to improve passability and increase the tire's mileage.
Two-Layer Rubber Compound
When developing the Triangle TR292 tire, a two-layer rubber compound was used, which consists of a large number of new components. The lower layer is more rigid, allowing for even distribution of pressure inside the tire, which ensures even wear of the tread and increases the contact area in any position of the tire. The upper layer is softer, which achieves excellent traction on wet road surfaces and also accelerates recovery properties. This provides excellent handling on wet road surfaces, while absorbing all surface irregularities.
