The Roadboss brand belongs to the Chinese Shandong Huasheng Rubber Group, founded in 1983. Today, the company is one of the 50 largest tire manufacturers in the world. Its products are represented in more than 30 regions of China and in 150 countries. The brand is used to promote tires for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

ROADBOSS TRUCK TIRES

In the commercial tire segment, the brand offers several dozen models in the following categories:

- tires for trucks and buses with large capacity;
- tires for mines and quarries;
- tires for light trucks;
- tires with ultra-high carrying capacity.

The lineup of standard truck tires from this brand includes models for both highway and regional/urban transportation. Essentially, all these tires are universal and can be used on routes of any length. The key difference between them is the need to install them on a specific axle. In all variants, a full-metal carcass is used, "highway" tread patterns with continuous longitudinal ribs, as well as rubber compounds that are resistant to abrasive wear, punctures, and tears, and also reduce heat buildup during prolonged high-speed driving. One notable exception from this range is the City X model, designed for use in large-capacity buses. It is distinguished by a reduced noise level and high ride smoothness.

Tires for mines and quarries in the manufacturer's classification belong to the category of high and ultra-high carrying capacity models. They are robust and damage-resistant products designed for use in the most challenging conditions. Their design features a reinforced carcass, thickened sidewalls with a multi-layer nylon cord integrated into their structure. At the same time, in the shoulder areas, a progressive technology of winding at an angle of "zero" degrees is used, i.e., parallel to the direction of movement. Another important feature of such tires is the use of a special compound. It is extremely resistant to punctures, tears, chips, and the formation of small cracks.

In the segment of tires for medium-capacity trucks, the brand is represented by the RM621 model. It is a universal tire designed for use on both asphalt roads and unpaved surfaces and in snow. The robust tire features reinforced sidewalls and a carcass, as well as a rubber compound resistant to wear, punctures, and tears. In combination with a tread pattern of blocks, this gives the tire high efficiency in any conditions, along with significant durability and reliability.

Roadboss is one of the few brands that offers high and ultra-high carrying capacity tires. Moreover, this lineup is quite extensive, considering its features, and contains models, including those for use on unpaved surfaces. Such tires are distinguished, first and foremost, by a carcass that has an increased cross-section of the metal cord, which gives the tire high carrying capacity and resistance to impacts. This feature is enhanced by the design and profile of the sidewalls, as well as the design of the tread patterns. In "off-road" tires, they differ in the horizontal orientation of the blocks, which, in essence, perform the role of stiffness ribs, reducing the impact on the tire. In "highway" models, the tread patterns have a classic design. The same continuous longitudinal ribs reduce rolling resistance, increase directional stability and traction. But the depth of the grooves between them is noticeably less, which gives the tread elements much more stability, thereby reducing the deforming effect on the tire.
