Description Radar Dimax Alpine
The Radar Dimax Alpine winter tire is designed with the climatic characteristics of European countries in mind. It is distinguished by its stability on wet and snowy roads, comfort while driving at any speed, quiet and smooth ride, and long service life.
The tire's tread is made from a rubber compound that, in addition to containing a large amount of "silica", also includes complex polymeric compounds. These compounds further increase elasticity at low temperatures while maintaining high resistance to abrasive wear. As a result, the traction and adhesion properties on wet roads and snow are improved. They are also ensured by the high density of the tread pattern and the zigzag shape of the lamella edges, allowing the tire to effectively grip any smooth slippery surface.
Main features of Radar Dimax Alpine
- optimized rubber compound, elastic at low temperatures and resistant to abrasive wear;
- increased density of the tread pattern and a saw-tooth shape of the lamella edges provide stable traction on slippery winter roads;
- the directional arrangement of the drainage grooves increases the intensity of water and slush removal.
