The name of the Pirelli Winter Snowcontrol winter tire quite accurately describes its strongest sides. This model is characterized, first of all, by increased grip properties on snowy roads. However, its other operational properties are also at a level that is more than sufficient to successfully compete with the majority of tires from other equally well-known tire brands.
Original central tread design
Two of the four longitudinal ribs of the tread pattern of this model are located in its central part. Each of them contains a multitude of individual blocks arranged in a checkerboard pattern and having an original quadrangular shape with curved faces and smoothed corners. Such a design improves several technical characteristics at once. First of all, this is an improved grip on snow.
