Pirelli PZero PZ5 – a high-speed summer tire from the renowned Italian manufacturer, introduced in 2025. The model is designed for installation on large SUVs and crossovers, operated both in urban areas and on high-speed highways.
To develop the tire, advanced simulation technologies were applied, which significantly improved its performance characteristics. In particular, the contact patch was increased, ensuring complete adhesion of all its parts to the road surface. This has improved resistance to displacement on wet roads and increased overall driving safety.
The basis of the tread pattern consists of three wide rib structures, each equipped with diagonal notches. This design has improved not only acceleration and braking characteristics but also maneuverability, making handling maximally sensitive. Therefore, the tire copes well with various speed modes, guaranteeing quick response to steering wheel turns.
The manufacturer has carefully revised the compound, which now contains a number of high-tech additives. This has made it possible to increase the grip properties, both on dry road surfaces and in the rain. In addition, protection against abrasive wear has been improved, increasing the service life.
The tire is also distinguished by its low noise level. This indicator was improved through advanced simulation technologies. The special arrangement of the rib-block structures has minimized air turbulence. As a result, acoustic comfort has been improved at various speed modes.
Key features of Pirelli PZero PZ5:
- summer operation on a wide range of medium-sized and large SUVs, as well as crossovers;
- resistance to abrasive wear due to the presence of special additives in the compound;
- increased contact patch with a pronounced rib structure, ensuring stable grip and increasing maneuvering efficiency;
- high acoustic comfort indicator, achieved through optimization of block structure arrangement and minimization of air turbulence.
