The Nexen Roadian GTX summer tire is designed for crossovers, SUVs, and pickup trucks that operate mainly on paved roads. In such conditions, it is characterized by reliable traction, comfort in handling, high mileage, and a quiet, smooth ride.
In several markets, this model is positioned by the manufacturer as an all-season tire, suitable for use throughout the year. To a large extent, such versatility is due to the tread pattern, which is dotted with numerous lamellas and grooves. The sharp, multidirectional edges formed by them provide the tire with reliable coupling properties in the most difficult conditions. The increased density of the tread pattern elements increases its useful area and, along with it, the size of the contact patch. This has a positive effect on handling, which can be described as comfortable.

- The zigzag grooves on the edges of the tread improve handling and resistance to wear by equalizing the pressure in the contact patch;
