The Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6 winter tire is designed for passenger cars of various classes. It is intended for operation in conditions of so-called "European" winters. It is distinguished by increased efficiency during braking and stability on wet and snowy roads, an extended service life, and fuel efficiency.
The tire's tread is made from a rubber compound with an increased silica content. This solution allows the tire to retain its elasticity at low temperatures, thereby improving traction on wet and snowy surfaces. The tread pattern features a pronounced V-shaped design with numerous blocks and drainage grooves. The edges formed by them enable intense acceleration and deceleration on any slippery surface. The large number of lames significantly enhances this effect.
Key Features of Maxxis Premitra Snow WP6
- a compound with an increased silica content provides the tread with elasticity at low temperatures;
- a V-shaped design with numerous long edges allows for effective traction on snow;
- the offset arrangement of tread elements increases the contact patch and reduces noise.
