The LingLong Nord Master winter tire, installed on passenger cars, is characterized by increased traction on snow and stability on icy surfaces.
The model is equipped with a wide rib consisting of a large number of blocks of different sizes. This design solution allowed to increase the efficiency of coupling on a winter road, while maintaining the sensitivity of control. Medium-sized shoulder blocks provide stability during maneuvering and increase the traction force on loose snow. A large network of wavy lamellas enhances contact with icy road sections, reducing the braking distance and making the ride safer.
The compound used for the model contains a significant percentage of silica, which, by maintaining elasticity at negative temperatures, does not allow the rubber to harden. This factor has a positive effect on the coupling characteristics.
