The Kumho Ecsta X3 KL17 tire combines increased comfort with high stability while driving at high speeds and excellent resistance to aquaplaning. The tread has an asymmetric pattern with increased stiffness of blocks located in the outer shoulder area. This has made it possible to obtain increased lateral grip, increasing performance when cornering.
Maximum grip on wet road surfaces is ensured by four longitudinal wide channels. They, together with drainage side grooves, instantly remove water from the contact patch.
