As befits a flagship model, the tire's tread is made from a compound containing a package of functional polymers. These substances improve braking efficiency, both on dry and wet surfaces, with little difference in intensity under such conditions. It is worth noting the use of two compounds in the tread. The inner side is made from a more "rigid" rubber mixture, which improves handling accuracy and directional stability during straight-line movement. The outer part of the tread has greater elasticity, which adds grip when maneuvering. These features are further enhanced by the design of the asymmetric tread pattern. Its central part contains a rigid, massive longitudinal rib, which increases directional stability at high speed. In turn, the deformation-resistant blocks on the edges of the tread improve traction and handling when cornering.
Another important feature of the tire is the single-layer structure of the carcass and reinforced sidewalls. This solution significantly reduces the weight of the tire, and in combination with the stiffness of these components, reduces rolling resistance and wear, making this model suitable for use in passenger cars with "hybrid" and electric powertrains.

Bought on the advice of the guys from the BMW M chat. They have thoroughly tried out PS91/71. Needed tires for active city driving to replace PS4. 1500km have passed, I want to say that I'm completely satisfied with the choice. The car is front-wheel drive, 330 horsepower - the grip is excellent, it handles lateral loads very well, the water drainage is adequate. Treidver 320 says it's a golden mean in terms of compound, the PS4 has around 290. In general, it's a very adequate replacement for Michelin, I recommend it to fast drivers ??

I stood for a long time choosing tires, the previous tires were Continental Premium Contact 6.
