The Jinyu YH11 summer tire is one of the novelties of the well-known Chinese manufacturer. This model is designed for the widest range of modern passenger cars of small and medium class. The key features of this tire are a practically ideal balance between comfort and handling. It is offered in 19 sizes with a mounting diameter from 13 to 16 inches, which provides this model with wide applicability. Depending on the size, the speed index can be T, H or V.
Excellent handling
For this model, Chinese tire manufacturers preferred to use a tread pattern with an S-shaped arrangement of elements, which are grouped into five longitudinal ribs. In the very center of the tread, there is a very wide rib, which is distinguished by a solid and therefore very rigid design. This element performs two functions at once - it provides excellent directional stability and also reduces the tire's response time to steering wheel control.
In addition to it, in the central part of the tread of the Jinyu YH11, there are two more longitudinal ribs, which consist of separate blocks of a quadrangular shape. Such a structure makes it possible to provide a contact patch with numerous edges, which significantly improved the traction and adhesion parameters on a wet road. At the same time, the massive size of the blocks contributes to an increase in handling due to resistance to dynamic deformation.
Both shoulder zones of the tread are distinguished by increased stiffness, which is largely ensured by wide blocks. Thanks to this solution, the tire is characterized by increased stability when passing turns.
Low noise level and soft ride
This model is distinguished by a reduced noise level, which was achieved due to the multi-step arrangement of all tread elements. At the same time, special lamellas are located on each of them, which, when in contact with the road, open up, providing a more dense fit of the tread to the coating. As a result, the tire perfectly dampens the shocks from irregularities, giving the ride softness and comfort.
