The Insa Turbo EcoSaver summer tire for passenger cars is focused on economy and safety in urban driving conditions. It is produced using the Insa Turbo Retread System technology, which involves restoring the base structure of the tires using new materials, significantly reducing the carbon footprint and raw material consumption.
The tread pattern of the model is made in an asymmetric design, where each zone is responsible for its own functionality. The central part contains two wide longitudinal ribs, which provide stability of movement and accuracy of steering at high speeds, prevent uneven wear and increase the service life. The lateral zones consist of massive blocks with a multitude of transverse edges, which improve traction during acceleration and braking, as well as increase stability during turns.
To combat hydroplaning, the tread design uses a system of deep longitudinal grooves with a U-shaped profile, supplemented by a network of small transverse grooves. Most of them are located on the inner side of the tread, which made it possible to simultaneously maintain high traction stability and steering accuracy during turns, and reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
The rubber compound is created based on polymers with the addition of a silicone-organic filler Eco-Silica, which improves road grip and reduces rolling resistance. This contributes to fuel savings and reduced carbon dioxide emissions, making the model attractive to owners who care about environmental aspects of operation. The reinforced carcass with synthetic cord gives the tire stability of shape when heated and loaded, while maintaining low rolling resistance.
Main features of Insa Turbo EcoSaver:
- the proprietary technology reduces the impact on the environment while maintaining high operational characteristics of the tire;
- the asymmetric tread pattern improves handling and stability in any driving mode;
- the compound with a special composition reduces rolling resistance and improves traction on wet surfaces.
