The Spanish company Insa Turbo is a family-owned business founded in 1988, which specializes in the production of remanufactured car tires. The factory produces around 3,000 such products daily, each of which undergoes a multi-stage inspection using X-ray equipment. Most of the products are exported to North and Central America, the Middle East, Europe, several countries in Africa and Asia. Currently, the company offers car tires in the following categories:
- for passenger cars;
- for SUVs;
- for agricultural equipment;
- for commercial vehicles.
The "passenger" line of the company consists of High Performance category tires. They are distinguished by increased fuel efficiency, stable traction on dry and wet surfaces, and comfort when driving. Some models are designed for use throughout the year, characterized by efficiency, including on snowy roads.
To a large extent, the popularity of this brand is due to specialized tires for SUVs. The line consists of All Terrain and Mud Terrain category models. The latter refers to tires for really tough off-road driving. Such tires are designed for operation with extreme loads, featuring aggressive tread patterns, strong carcasses, and compounds for these purposes. In turn, All Terrain tires from this manufacturer are much more versatile, but structurally, they are also "mud" tires, reliable and resourceful in the most difficult operating conditions.
Currently, the manufacturer offers a fairly large number of winter tires, all of which are designed for use in regions with a really cold climate. They feature "Scandinavian" tread patterns made of blocks and "three-dimensional" lamellas, both with and without studs. Additionally, a rubber compound with increased elasticity at low temperatures is used. All these factors ensure excellent traction on any winter roads.
In the agricultural tire segment, the brand is represented by models for towed machines and equipment. A wide range consists of tires designed for use both on public roads and on soil, but in different proportions. Specialization is ensured mainly due to the design of the tread patterns, ranging from "highway" at TTA Agro to the most aggressive at TC-IR. The "brand" features of all agricultural tires are reinforced sidewalls and carcass and consistently high-quality manufacturing, which makes them reliable and increases their service life.
The most numerous is the range of truck tires of this brand. Fifteen models cover almost all scenarios of using commercial and special equipment, including large-capacity buses and dump trucks. Specialization is ensured by certain features in the tread pattern, tire profile, carcass design, and rubber compound composition. The line of tires for urban and regional transportation is particularly notable in this regard. Their sidewalls have a profile that minimizes the risk of damage when driving over a curbstone. Also, the presence of winter operation tires in the model range is noteworthy. They are distinguished by a tread pattern and an elastic rubber compound suitable for low-temperature conditions.
