A significant part of the tread elements provides the tire with confident behavior on wet surfaces. The key role in this is assigned to the drainage grooves. They have a significant volume, which allows them to instantly divert a large amount of water from the contact patch. The efficiency of the drainage system is also ensured by numerous lamellas. Narrow slots, when in contact with the road surface, form high and sharp edges that direct moisture into one of the nearby grooves.
