The winter studded tire Imperial Eco North is perfectly suited for SUVs that are operated in any road conditions. The use of the latest technologies in its creation made it possible to achieve excellent operational characteristics. Comprehensive control of the entire production process made it possible to obtain a tire of excellent quality, fully compliant with the main current standards.
Directed tread design
To improve the driving qualities of the tire, a directed tread design was chosen. The central row of blocks provides excellent directional stability and accelerates responses to steering wheel turns. The blocks located in the lateral zone have an elongated shape, which increases traction during maneuvers. They have very sharp ground hooks that dig into any surface, preventing possible wheel slippage. This improves traction and reduces fuel consumption while driving. The drainage system of the Imperial Eco North has an arrow-like shape, which made it possible to achieve rapid water removal from the tread. Two deep channels quickly remove water and snow from the tread, preventing possible aquaplaning. The new lamella system increases stability on icy surfaces and reduces noise while driving. To enhance protection against damage, the shoulder area was strengthened, which also increased stability during maneuvers. The unusual shape of the studs made it possible to significantly increase traction on ice, reducing the braking distance.
New rubber compound
The new rubber compound is characterized by increased elasticity, which is not lost at negative temperatures. Due to this, traction with any road surface has improved, and the recovery properties of the tread have accelerated. The movement has become softer, and the load on the suspension elements has decreased. To improve the wear-resistant properties of the rubber, silicon was used, which makes the tire feature a long service life.
