Gremax Max HT

The summer car tire Gremax Max HT is another development from the leading Chinese tire manufacturer. The model is designed for use on powerful SUVs and crossovers.

Most Gremax models can be easily recognized by the distinctive tread pattern, which consists of 5 sections separated by wide drainage channels. The laconic design of the tread and the characteristic arrangement of the tread elements are also quite traditional for Gremax products, but the Max HT model uses an original lamella construction, each of which is divided into three parts. This is the so-called "floating tread", which has proven itself well in tests on rough terrain with rocky inclusions. This design is minimally vulnerable to mechanical damage.

The repeatedly tested tread pattern provides high traction and coupling characteristics on soils of various types, and regardless of weather conditions. Additionally, the Gremax Max HT model is well adapted for movement on roads with a solid surface and has good speed and dynamic characteristics. In this case, the modest tread pattern also plays a significant role, providing excellent grip even on a wet surface.

Considering the operating features, the cord structure and the composition of the rigid rubber mixture provide a large margin of safety, but not at the expense of comfort. Special technological solutions allow you to maximally smooth out the transmission of shocks and vibrations that occur when driving on rough terrain. Thus, the stiffness of the tire is compensated by the shock-absorbing properties of the under-tread layer.

The specific arrangement of the lamellas ("herringbone") effectively suppresses sound frequency fluctuations, which is a good indicator when evaluating comfort.
