Giti GitiWinter W1

The Giti GitiWinter W1 winter tire is designed primarily for compact passenger cars. It is beneficially distinguished by improved traction and handling in complex weather conditions, acoustic comfort, and fuel efficiency.

The tread pattern is made in a directional design. It is characterized by small block sizes, which made it possible to increase their number and, accordingly, the number of traction edges in the contact patch. Due to the arrangement of the blocks, they are elongated and have a large inclination. This significantly improves the traction properties on snow. On icy surfaces, the effectiveness of the tire is ensured by a multitude of lamellas with zigzag-shaped edges. In the middle of the blocks, a wide arrow-shaped rib is formed. It increases the directional stability and accuracy of handling, reduces rolling resistance and wear.
