The Cooper Weather Master Van winter tire is installed on small-capacity commercial vehicles. It is characterized by stable coupling properties on slippery surfaces, which can be further improved by installing spikes.
The tread pattern has a directional design with an arrow-shaped rib in the middle. This element provides steering accuracy and directional stability. The additional transverse edges formed by the shape increase longitudinal adhesion. The enlarged shoulder blocks reduce the likelihood of lateral skidding during maneuvering and improve resistance to uneven wear. The tread pattern also contains many sinusoidal lamellae. Narrow slits allow for intense acceleration and deceleration on slippery surfaces.
