The S-Grip technology allows for additional enhancement of snow grip due to its capture and retention in the tread by special incisions.

To achieve this, the developers changed the design of the breaker. Its edges extend to the sidewalls of the tire, and synthetic materials and a special cord winding technology without any seams and joints are used in its manufacture. As a result, a very wide and rigid "substrate" is located under the tread part, which does not allow the tire to deform strongly under the influence of lateral acceleration forces.
