Ceat SportDrive
Tire specifications
DescriptionDescription Ceat SportDrive
The Ceat SportDrive summer tire is designed for use on passenger vehicles with enhanced dynamic properties. It is characterized by improved traction on dry and wet surfaces, comfortable handling at any speed, wear resistance, and reduced noise levels.
The tread pattern is designed in a classic style for tires in this category, featuring a combination of three longitudinal ribs in the center and massive blocks on the edges. The central elements of the tread, with their high resistance to deformation, provide quick and precise reactions to the driver's actions, while also improving directional stability, making it easier to control the vehicle at high speeds. Another important feature is the mutual arrangement of the tread elements, which minimizes the risk of resonance noise and vibrations, positively affecting the acoustic comfort inside the vehicle, especially on so-called " rough" asphalt. The next distinguishing feature of this tire is the compound used to make its tread. Its composition is based on "silica", a fine powder of silicon dioxide, which keeps the tire elastic at low temperatures, enhancing its traction properties on wet surfaces.
Key features of Ceat SportDrive:
- a tread pattern consisting of massive longitudinal ribs and blocks provides excellent performance at high speeds;
- optimized arrangement of tread elements minimizes resonance noise and vibrations, improving acoustic comfort;
- the rubber compound, based on "silica", enhances traction on wet surfaces
