Ceat SecuraDrive

The Ceat SecuraDrive summer tire is designed for compact passenger cars, intended for use primarily in urban conditions of everyday application. It is distinguished by improved traction on dry and wet surfaces, comfort in handling, smooth and quiet ride, and fuel efficiency.

The tread pattern is made in an asymmetric design and contains predominantly massive elements. In combination with the profile of the tread, this provides significant contact patch sizes with the road surface, improving traction and handling on dry surfaces, especially when maneuvering. Lamellas are cut across the entire tread, forming elongated transverse edges that easily penetrate the water film between the tire and the road surface, providing effective braking and acceleration on wet surfaces. It is worth noting the use of a rubber compound with a high content of "silica", which, giving the tread increased elasticity, allows it to more closely envelop the smallest irregularities, strengthening traction even on wet surfaces.
