Description Ceat Eleveta X3
The Ceat Eleveta X3 tire is designed for forklifts operating in the most demanding warehouse and industrial applications. According to the manufacturer, the model is oriented towards intensive work cycles with high static and dynamic loads, characteristic of logistics centers, production shops, and terminals, where maximum equipment stability and increased tire life are required.
The tread is made in the form of a massive solid pattern with enlarged blocks and a minimum number of breaks. This configuration forms a rigid and stable contact patch, reduces deformation when lifting heavy loads, and provides confident forklift behavior when making sharp turns and maneuvers in limited space. Compared to other tires in the line, the X3 pattern has a denser structure and increased resistance to wear.
The internal structure is reinforced with extreme loads in mind. The rigid carcass and sidewalls effectively resist compression and lateral displacement, which increases the stability of the forklift when working with loads at height. Unlike the manufacturer's basic models, this tire is designed for more severe operating conditions and lower sensitivity to overheating during prolonged operation without breaks.
Key features of Ceat Eleveta X3:
- increased density and enlarged size of tread blocks provide maximum stability under load;
- reinforced carcass and sidewalls increase the stability of the forklift when lifting loads;
- rubber compound with increased resistance to abrasive wear increases the resource;
- compared to other models, this tire is designed for more severe and intensive operating conditions.
