Summer tire for passenger cars Bridgestone Turanza 6, like the models of previous generations, is suitable not only for long trips over long distances, but also for everyday use in complex urban conditions. The key difference from its predecessors is the improved traction and coupling properties on wet surfaces, as well as the significantly reduced rolling resistance, which has expanded the target audience of this model to owners of "electric" and "hybrid" vehicles.

The tire is designed using TECHSYN and ENLITEN technologies. They represent a whole range of solutions aimed at increasing the "energy efficiency" of the tire. In particular, it includes an optimized carcass design, which features advanced "seamless" technologies for winding cords and the use of modern polymeric materials. As a result, it is characterized by an extremely low weight and high rigidity, which gives a noticeable gain in fuel efficiency due to the reduction of both rolling resistance and heat generation, especially during prolonged high-speed driving.

The tread pattern has also undergone significant changes. The number of elements in it has been significantly reduced, which has increased the contact patch, improving traction and handling, as well as reducing rolling resistance and slowing down the process of abrasive wear. Another innovation is the use of lamellas in the central part and blocks with elongated transverse edges on the sides. This increases the intensity of acceleration and braking on wet surfaces. At the same time, the significant volume of longitudinal grooves minimizes the likelihood of aquaplaning at almost any speed.
