The BFGoodrich Winter Slalom tire is a winter, studded, radial model that features improved stability and excellent handling. This tire is specifically designed for harsh winter conditions and therefore provides excellent traction characteristics on icy, snowy, and muddy road surfaces.
The unique rubber compound used in the production of the tread allows the rubber to remain soft and elastic even at very low temperatures. The specially designed tread pattern, created using computer modeling, features increased passability and handling due to optimally located blocks.
The combination of the tread pattern and new rubber compound significantly increases resistance to aquaplaning and provides more effective braking and movement on snowy road surfaces. The massive blocks located in the shoulder area and the reinforced three-layer carcass increase the reliability of the tire and its resistance to external damage. The three central rows of blocks provide excellent handling and increased stability. The large number of lamellas, in addition to excellent traction, provide a more comfortable ride, reducing the noise level. Excellent tires. Stable in cornering. Well grip on snow. The only drawback – float at speed through the snowy slush. That's only due to the width of the tire and the weight of the car.

Two winters all studs still intact, soft, handles well, quiet. Clean ice from a stoplight always first in line. Holds the road well in a snowfall, exit the lane on a pass calmly overtake. Sometimes there are light frostings when the snow is thick. Exit the lane, it is very difficult to slide on a front axle, even on a full drive if you exceed the speed.
