DescriptionDescription Achilles Four Seasons
The all-season tire Achilles Four Seasons is designed for operation throughout the year, but in regions with so-called "European" winters. Nevertheless, for areas with a colder climate, this model is an excellent alternative to summer tires, as it allows, so to speak, "extend the summer", making a replacement in early spring and late autumn.
To a significant extent, the versatility of the tire is due to the pattern of its tread. The V-shaped arrangement and multiplicity of grooves allow avoiding aquaplaning and slushplaning even at high speed. The elongated edges of the blocks provide good stability and intensity of longitudinal accelerations in such conditions. On the most slippery surfaces, these abilities are preserved largely due to the numerous lamellas that cover the entire tread.
Main features of Achilles Four Seasons
- a composite longitudinal rib in the middle of the tread reduces rolling resistance and wear, provides good stability and steering accuracy at high speed;
- numerous lamellas allow for intense braking and acceleration on slippery surfaces;
- elongated shoulder blocks provide good traction and intense deceleration on snow.
