When equipment operates on a construction site or in a quarry, regular rubber fails in a matter of shifts. Barum Industry Clean was created for these conditions as a specialized solution for various types of loaders that experience peak stresses on tearing, cuts, and wear.
Frame with ultimate strength
The basis is a multi-layered metal-corded frame with increased density of threads per inch. It has reinforced rim rings, which eliminates the main enemy of industrial tires - delamination under overload. An important feature is the solid-cast design, which is not afraid of the impact of sharp objects.
Tread
The pattern is a hybrid of longitudinal solid ribs and transverse elements. Separate blocks are responsible for grip on loose soils: sand, gravel, clay. When moving on loose or wet soil, it is they who first dig into the surface, working like buckets. At the same time, on hard surfaces, the shoulders do not create excessive rolling resistance - a compromise achieved through the variable stiffness of the elements. The central rib stabilizes movement on hard sections. Together, they preserve the responsiveness of handling when maneuvering.
Elasticity against chipping
The rubber compound is developed according to the principle of gradient vulcanization. The surface of the tread is hard enough to resist abrasive wear on concrete rubble. And the inner layers retain elasticity, absorbing shocks from irregularities.
