The Michelin Power 5 motorcycle tire is designed for sportbikes. It is characterized by uncompromising grip properties and ease of handling, which ensures safety and driving pleasure.

The tread part of the tire is made using 2CT technology. Two different rubber compounds are used. The central part of the tread is made from a harder compound, which improves the stability of the grip properties on straight road sections. On the edges, an elastic rubber compound is used, which allows the tire to better grip the road surface at high angles of inclination. In the front tire, this ability is further enhanced by the addition of black carbon to the compound. Since the composition of all compounds is based on "silica", the grip properties are fully preserved even on cold wet pavement.
