The Ovation VI-668 commercial tire is installed on the driving axles of large-capacity trucks. It is beneficially distinguished by its improved performance on winter roads, demonstrating high traction, directional stability, and low susceptibility to lateral skidding in such conditions.
The efficiency of this model on winter roads is largely due to the openness of the tread pattern design. It features small blocks arranged in a "chessboard" order, which increases the area of the zone in contact with the road surface and provides even weight distribution of the vehicle. As a result, both traction on slippery surfaces and its stability are improved, making it much easier to control traction during longitudinal accelerations. All these properties are further enhanced by S-shaped lamellas.
