The commercial tire Crosswind CWA40K is designed for use in short and medium haul transportation. It is recommended for use on the drive axles of high-capacity trucks and special equipment based on them.
The tread pattern has a combined design, featuring closed shoulder areas and the presence of numerous blocks in the central part. This provides the tire with balanced driving properties, allowing it to demonstrate good performance in almost any road conditions, including unpaved surfaces. It is worth noting the use of a ribbed profile of the sidewalls. This significantly reduces the risk of their damage when driving over stones and curbs. Additional protection is provided due to the use of a rubber compound with increased resistance to any mechanical damage.
Key features of Crosswind CWA40K
- blocks in the central part increase traction properties on wet, snowy and unpaved surfaces;
- rigid shoulder ribs provide stability at high speed, reduce rolling resistance, prevent uneven wear of the tread;
- ribbed profile of the sidewalls protects them from mechanical damage when touching stones and curbs
