In addition to the SpeedRacer models, the Kenda RoadGo tire also has a fairly narrow scope of application. These include, first and foremost, rocky coatings, as well as hard types of soil, on which it demonstrates its strongest sides. The main one is stability at high speed, reliability, and a very long service life, even in the most unfavorable operating conditions.
Open tread design with massive blocks
Like most modern ATV tires, this model is equipped with a tread with a classic V-shaped design. However, the specific features of operation on hard types of coverage entail a number of characteristic differences. First of all, this is a small height and massive size of the tread blocks. At the same time, they are arranged in such a way that a continuous longitudinal rib is formed in the central part of the tread. The presence of this element made it possible to significantly reduce rolling resistance, and with it, improve traction due to a significant increase in the size of the contact patch.
Smaller blocks are located in the shoulder areas of the tread. Nevertheless, their size is also sufficiently massive to give these tread elements excellent resistance to deformation, which allows the tire to demonstrate excellent stability when maneuvering.
Increased traction on wet surfaces
Most of the tread blocks have sipes. Like on regular passenger tires, these tread elements are designed to improve traction on a wet smooth surface, forming a multitude of additional traction edges.
Low weight and significant carrying capacity
Another feature of this not quite typical ATV tire is the carcass. Its 4-layer structure is characterized by extraordinary lightness, surprisingly combined with significant strength and carrying capacity. This feature is due to the use of synthetic materials, in this case, nylon, which has a low weight, mechanical strength, and elasticity. It is these physical properties that can be characterized by the Kenda RoadGo.
Main features of Kenda K572 RoadGo
- the tire is designed for operation on any hard surfaces, including asphalt;
- massive blocks of small height provide stability and traction at high speed;
- improved traction properties on a wet surface due to an elastic compound, resistance to aquaplaning, and special sipes that form a multitude of additional traction edges;
- a very lightweight and durable nylon carcass improves stability, prevents uneven wear, provides resistance to punctures, and softness on the go.
