The base engine for this model is a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine with turbocharging, a localized copy of the Ford Duratorq engine family. Here, a modified version with increased power to 140 horsepower and a torque of 375 Nm is used. Such modifications are available exclusively with an automatic transmission. The chassis is typical for Asian brand pickups with a frame structure, differing from a non-split bridge and springs at the back and rear-wheel drive in the "base", and full-wheel drive in more expensive versions.
