Ice grip
On-ice and on-snow handling
High level of resistance to slush plugging
Stopping performance on wet pavement.
Traction properties and handling on dry asphalt
Noise
Scores: 9.2/10

Better to use on ice and snowy road. The tires provide a minimum braking distance on wet asphalt.
2
Continental ContiIceContact

2
Michelin X-Ice North 2
Grip on Ice
Grip and handling on snow
Comfort
Average resistance to slushplaning
Score: 8.9/10

The strongest ace in the fight against competitors is a low noise level.
3
Continental ContiVikingContact 5
Traction and ice handling
Traction and snow handling
Comfort
Handling on dry asphalt
Braking performance on wet asphalt

4
Nokian Hakkapeliitta R
Traction and maneuverability on snow
Traction and maneuverability on asphalt
Medium traction on ice
Rating: 8.5/10

Tires are a great option for urban and rural use.
5
Michelin X-Ice 2
Traction properties on ice
Traction on snow, comfort
Lateral traction on ice
Low resistance to slash penetration
Points: 8.35/10

Tires show high performance at zero temperature. Good deceleration when braking, calm and accurate reactions to steering wheel turns, soft and quiet ride.
6
Goodyear UltraGrip Extreme
Grip properties on wet and dry asphalt
Ride smoothness
Braking performance on ice and snow
Handling on asphalt
Scores: 8.3/10

The hexagonal studs do not provide an advantage over other stud shapes, and in some cases are even outperformed by non-studded tires on ice. At high speed, the vehicle abruptly goes into skidding, with the rear axle being particularly problematic.
7
Yokohama Ice Guard IG35+
Traction and handling properties on dry asphalt
Traction properties on ice
Longitudinal traction on ice
Traction and handling on snow
Low resistance to slashplening
Score: 7.45/10

Over the past few years, the main problem with these tires has been the quality of the studs. The studs are seated too deep in the tread and therefore do not function properly. On snow, the vehicle accelerates the worst, and on the highway, it constantly skids due to lack of traction. The directional tread pattern has proven to be ineffective, and on snowy-watery slush, they lose grip earlier than others.

8
Hankook W409 Winter i Pike
Braking properties on snow
Price
Traction on ice and snow
Handling on ice and snow
Low ride smoothness
Score: 7.35/10

The only competitive advantage is a moderate price.
9
Dunlop Graspic DS3
Ice braking performance at near-freezing temperatures
Acceleration dynamics on snow.
Traction properties on ice at low temperatures
Traction properties on dry and wet asphalt
Low resistance to slashplining
Points: 7.35/10

Perhaps for our coastal regions with mild winters, these tires will do, but for the central part of Russia, it's better to choose something else.
10
Toyo Observe Garit G4
Traction properties on snow
Acoustic comfort
Traction properties and handling on ice
Traction properties on dry and wet asphalt
Ride smoothness
Scores: 7.25/10

The advertisement claims that "the rubber compound of the tread of these tires has inclusions of organic material based on nut shells". Then everything converges: they are not worth "eaten shells".
