Non-studded winter tires may not be as popular as studded ones in Russia, but they have their fans, as they do not produce the noise associated with studs, and could be a great choice for city dwellers. In its latest test, the Russian magazine "Behind the wheel" tested seven models of this type of tires in size 215/65 R16.
